Thanks Helen!

Yes, browsing, comparing and getting fresh cups of coffee is my biggest challenge. I've never heard of LeehBlock and will definitely check it out!

Laree! This post is hilarious and spot on. Loved it. Thank you for describing so beautifully what all of us go through when we get sucked out of creation mode and back into consumption mode. Love your recommendation to get it all out first, and then do any needed research at the end to tie up loose ends. Often you find you didn't need the research anyway and that the loose ends get tied up on their own! BTW- I use LeechBlock, the Firefox plugin, to force myself to stay off FB and twitter and any other site I want while I'm writing. It works like a charm for me. Thanks again for the fab post, my dear! xo

Hi Jess - if the competition is still open I'd like to enter. If not, I'd just like to put my answer out there! The one thing that keeps me from being irresistible inside and out is that VERY LOUD inner critic that tells me I am too ugly, fat, stupid, young, old or whatever excuse it can come with to stop me from being the real me... Sometimes it's hard just being, never mind being irresistible!
Love,
Victoria

What do you feel is the ONE thing keeping you from feeling irresistible inside and out?
As a woman, it comes when I don’t be my “best” self, in all aspects and all levels of my life. That means the whole mind-bod-spirit shebang. When I spin out from keeping up on my career education in my field, keeping my home clear-ish of clutter (ha!), and body moving with exercise so new life energy can flow through… making time for juicy meditation, belly dance, bubbly baths, and deep breaths in nature… Being FULLY present as a mom when I’m with my two little guys… not being triggered by my husband. The list is huge? How to balance it and allow a continuous feeling of irresistible inner-vixenness?

It’s about balance for me, and when I’m outta balance, not feeling so irresistible. At all. And when I’m not so kind to myself when I’m not juggling being-my-best on all aspects, I reallllly don’t feel irresistible. Especially when I’m not acknowledging the awesome that I am being. It’s a cycle of bringing down my faceted understanding of self-empowerment.

I'm pretty action-oriented and find lots of self worth in the accomplishments. So maybe it's about acceptance.

How to do it all? Still learning… ever-seeking deeper understanding.

Ah yes, that mind will tell you all kinds of things to keep you where it's comfortable... ;) Kimberly's going to be covering how to deal with that negative self talk and your inner critical bitch (as she calls it). I'm sure she'll have some great tools for us to use!
